Frequently asked questions

What does a ticket price include?


Ticket prices include admission into the festival grounds where you can see the balloons upclose, talk with the crews and enjoy the vendors village. Tickets are available for single day admissions only.




What are the options for a balloon ride?


We have several options for balloon rides at our festival. You have the option for tethered flights which go up about 50 - 70 feet or experience the once in a lifetime experience of a full flight. Most of our flights will occur during the mornings and afternoons in cooler weather. Flights will be sold closer to the event to predict weather and tethered rides will only be sold on-site.




What other festivities are included at the festival?


The festival includes a vendor village with arts and craft vendors as well as a food truck rodeo and entertainment throughout each day. We also feature antique military aircraft displays and paraglide airshows each day.




When will tickets be available?


Our goal is to have admission tickets open for purchase by October 1st, 2021. Flights will be sold closer to the event to better predict weather conditions. Tethered rides will only we sold on-site.




Are tickets refundable?


Up to a point. We will allow anyone to refund their tickets up until October 23rd at 10:00am. With our event most likely being sold out prior to the event we want to allow others to purchase tickets to attend. Our nonprofit is 100% volunteer and we do not have the ability to manage refunds on a daily basis, hence the cutoff date. If you purchased tickets and unable to attend we will accept your purchase as a donation to our nonprofit or with prior approval (one week before the event) you may be allowed to use at a future event.
